“The Torch” is a school newspaper started at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School back in 1985. Since then, dedicated advisers and students have written for the newspaper, becoming young journalists themselves. “The Torch” regularly publishes stories from September to June each school year. This is “The Torch’s” sixth year online in its 37 year publication history.
