Melvin Tejada is a senior at JFK High School and a first-year journalism contributor. He played on the varsity football team for two years and has played baseball throughout high school and is on his way to the last season of his high school career. After school, he works two jobs, one with his brother where he installs cameras for his company, and one for his father where he helps his dad work on cars. After high school, he would either like to attend Lincoln Tech for HVAC or he would like to join the Marine Corps and travel the world.
