Heer Bhathawala was born on September 10, 2004, in India. She is currently a senior at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School and her current position at The Torch is a contributor. This is her first year taking Journalism, and she wants to improve her writing skills by participating in the newspaper. Heer has many hobbies outside of school, some of which include reading, drawing, and watching lots of movies and television shows! She also really enjoys listening to music; her favorite genre is pop. Heer is really passionate about writing. She has always admired writers and authors and hopes to one day have her own books on the shelves of libraries and bookstores! In the future, Heer wishes to pursue a career in business.
