Rida Kadri, Editor-in-Chief
Rida Kadri is a second-year journalism student at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School and is a contributor to The Torch. She is currently a senior and was born on February 11, 2005. Here at JFK, Rida finished her fourth year on the Girl’s Varsity Tennis Team and is co-President of the JFK Choirs. She also partakes in student council, key club, NHS, NEHS, Tri-M Music Honors Society, heroes and cool kids and more extracurricular activities. In addition, Rida takes a keen interest in politics and has served 2 terms on Congressman Frank Pallone’s Youth Advisory Council and was a fellow in the New Jersey Leadership Program this past summer. Aside from school, she likes to ride her bike and cook. In the future, Rida plans to continue her education in political science and journalism.
