Devin Scalise, A&E Editor
Devin Scalise is a current senior at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School. She is planning to attend Kean University and obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology. She is a contributor for the Torch, and this is her first year in Journalism. She decided to try out Journalism because it was a highly recommended class to her from her peers, and writing for a newspaper sounded interesting. She also has prior experience of knowing Mrs. Prusicki, so she knew she would be in a class with someone she already knew. Devin isn’t in any clubs, as she prefers her alone time at home. In her spare time, she enjoys watching YouTube, playing on her Nintendo Switch, and sending memes to her friends. She takes great pride in her writing, and will be sucking up caffeine like a vacuum while she writes the next big article.
