Lorelei Lorentzen, a three-sport varsity athlete at JFKMHS, is a 18-year-old senior. She is a second-year contributing member and is excited to see more things she can learn about journalism. She enjoys being active with sports and spending free time with her friends. She took this class because she finds journalism fascinating and would like to see where it may lead her. She loves watching the New York Mets play and can’t wait for the season to start. Until you get to know Lorelei well, she comes off as shy and quiet, but that quickly changes. She intends to go to college for business or finance and is currently committed to Drew University for softball.
