The Torch

Auslin Mills is a first-year journalism student and an author of the Torch. She is a senior at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School where she has served as the senior class president for the past 2 school years. Auslin is a 4-year varsity member and captain of the girls’ track team. She is also a member of the National Honors Society, Heroes and Cool Kids program, and the Academic Team. In her free time, Auslin enjoys listening to Frank Ocean, watching historical TV shows, and reading. In addition, she volunteers at her church every Sunday as a Sunday School teaching assistant. After graduation, Auslin wishes to attend college and major in economics with a minor in history. She also hopes to study abroad in the United Kingdom during her college experience.
